Previously an Investment Director at EMR Capital and Executive Director at Macquarie Bank’s Metals Energy Capital division.
Alex Rovira

Over 15 years’ experience in resources and investments, holding a Bachelor of Science (Geology) and Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia. Spent 9 years as an investment banker at Canaccord Genuity, advising and raising capital. Leads Brightstar’s organic and inorganic growth strategy. Also a Non-Executive Director of Gwardar Resources Ltd (ASX:GRS).
Andrew Rich
Executive Director
Over 15 years’ experience as a mining engineer and underground manager across gold and nickel. Successfully delivered three underground mining projects, including Second Fortune Gold Project. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (WASM) and First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate. Also a Non-Executive Director of Javelin Minerals Ltd (ASX:JAV).

Over 25 years’ experience in the minerals industry, with expertise in gold and base metals. Currently Managing Director of Dundas Minerals Limited (ASX: DUN) and Non-Executive Director of Cazaly Resources Ltd (ASX:CAZ).

Nicky Martin

Over 15 years’ experience in the Western Australian mining sector in various senior finance roles. Prior to Brightstar, Ms Martin spent seven years with Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX: PLS) where she most recently served as Head of Finance playing a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy. Ms Martin holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Management and is a member of CPA Australia and CIMA (ACMA, CGMA).
